Eguzkitza baserrian aspalditik ekoizten da sagardoa, baina 1998an hasi zen sagardotegi jarduera. Dolare zaharra eta sagardoa egiteko erabiltzen ziren erreminta zaharrak ikusgai daude bertan.
Eguzkitzan sagardoa gaur egungo makinariarekin ekoizten da, eta ohitura zaharrei eutsiz, sagardo % 100 naturala eta bertako sagarrarekin.
Ekoizpen txikia denez, sagardoa bertako sagarrekin egiten da. Sagardotegian bertan goza daiteke sagardoaz Txotx garaian, eta urte osoan botilan.
