1979an sortu zen, Aburuza familia sagardoa egiteko tradizio luzea duen familia da. Aduna herrian dago eta bertako sagastiek eta landa-inguruneak inguratzen dute. Urtean 200.000 litro sagardo inguru ekoizten ditu, eta bertako instalazioetan eta kupelatik dastatu daiteke urte osoan zehar.
