Il s'agit sans aucun doute d'un trek très spécial. Étant la partie la plus abrupte d'Aralar, c'est à les Malloas que l'on trouve certains des plus hauts sommets. Comme s'il s'agissait des dents d'une chaîne de montagnes, les pics montagneux sont entrecoupés de profondes vallées. D'un côté, nous voyons la vallée d'Araitz, avec ses noyaux de maisons, ses fermes, ses prairies et ses bois. De l'autre côté, on peut voir l'un des plus beaux paysages qu'offre Aralar, composé de montagnes et de vallées, des zones rocheuses, on dirait un autre monde.
