L’histoire et la création de la cidrerie Zabala avec une tradition d’environ 200 ans dans l’activité du cidre, se caractérise par l’effort de ses propriétaires dans l’élaboration de cidre avec une pomme totalement indigène. Ils produisent environ 160 000 litres de cidre par an.

Le menu typique de la cidrerie se compose d’omelette à la morue, de morue frite aux poivrons, de steak et de dessert. Accompagné, bien sûr, du meilleur cidre.
Outre le menu traditionnel de la cidrerie, sur demande, de la morue en sauce, de la longe de morue grillée, un menu végétalien et un menu pour les coeliaques sont proposés.
