A 10,4km de Tolosa

Historia y creación La sidrería Zabala con una tradición de unos 200 años en la actividad sidrera, se caracteriza por el esfuerzo de sus propietarios en la elaboración de la sidra con manzana totalmente autóctona. Elaboran alrededor de 160.000 litros de sidra al año.
El menú típico de la sidrería consiste en tortilla de bacalao, bacalao frito con pimientos, chuletón y postre. Acompañado, por supuesto, con la mejor sidra.
A parte del menú tradicional de sidrería, por encargo, se ofrece bacalao en salsa, lomo de bacalao a la parrilla, menú vegano y menú para celiacos.

Ganadores de la mejor sidra en el concurso de la Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa tres veces.
