La tercera generación de la familia Gorrotxategi sigue inmersa en la repostería. Confeccionan dulces de diversa índole, combinando tradición e innovación: chocolates artesanos de máxima calidad con piparras de Ibarra o de Ezpeleta, rosas con pétalos, chocolate rubí y fresas, pistachos etc.

También elaboran turrones artesanos de todo tipo, que combinan con múltiples ingredientes. Otros dulces más novedosos son las pelotas vascas

Las Gorrotxas son otros de sus productos estrella: son como los Macarons vascos, los Xaxus de antaño.
