The 2m tall steel scupture called ‘Baserriko Argia’ (farmhouse light), by Juan Gorriti, emphasises women’s importance on rural life. Located on top of a hill, from there we can enjoy a lovely view of Zizurkil and Aiztondo valley.
TownHall
Elegant symmetical building. Built in masonry in the 18th century, with a square floor, a beautiful three arched arcade and a large coat of arms on the facade. The cobble stone square used to be the place where stone dragging competitions would take place.

Atxulondoruins
Located at Abalotz cliff, in the protected area around Asta and Atxulondo streams, quite far from the centre of the village. There used to be an iron forge, which was first mentioned in 1470. Nowadays only the ruins remain. You can know more about it thanks to this route.
