Here are some of the most outstanding pintxos that you can try in the bars of Tolosaldea.
Gilda
The classic gilda includes Ibarra chilli pepper, olive and anchovy. There are many other types: with Cantabrian tuna, egg, anchovies, prawns, etc. You will find them in many bars in the region, especially in Ibarra.
Coldpintxos
Chatka with mayonnaise pintxos, all kinds of salads or king crab with anchovies pintxos are classics.
Seasonalvegetables
You can try pintxos of asparagus, artichokes or vegetable stews made with seasonal vegetables. In the summer months it is also typical to find small portions of tomatoes and chilli peppers from Ibarra. In autumn, pintxos with mushrooms and fungi abound.
