They esentially work with hot coal, since fire was made in caves it has always been an item closely related to a warm meeting around it. Fire hypnotises you and has a touch of magic that captivates us. Hot coal and fire in the kitchen bring this magic to gastronomy, since the moment the fire is lit and, of course, to the moment the meals are tasted, full of scents and a touch that only fire and hot coal can bring.
