History and creation. With more than 200 years of experience, Zabala cider house stands out for the owners’ effort of creating cider with solely using local apples. Around 160,000 litres of cider are made every year.
The typical cider house menu is made of cod omelette, friend cod with peppers, T-bone steak and dessert. Served, of course, with the best cider.
Besides the traditional cider house menu, upon request, cod in sauce, grilled cod filler, vegan menu and gluten free menu are available.
