Plant and flower market Tolosa

Guided tour to one of the most traditional markets in the Basque Country, Tolosa Market. Get into Tinglado building to find local products, and Verdura Square to smell and enjoy our colourful flowers and plants.

Discover the historical importance of the Market, and the influence it had in the town’s development, as well as the origin of many typical products from Tolosaldea, such as the bean or the chili pepper. Once you have finished the tour you’ll understand the dynamics of this special market much better.

The guided tour will end with a tasting of seasonal products, with Tolosa beans, gilda and paired with cider (depending on the season, these may be different products).
