Tolosa Goxua is the sweetest party in the world!! Tolosa Goxua is a wonderful festival and fair around sweets, which is organized on the last Saturday of October.
Tolosa is a reference for sweet lovers, pastry chefs, thanks to the good work of many years of the local artisan pastry chefs. In Tolosa, you will find the 4 best pastry shops in all of Euskadi: Rafa Gorrotxategi, Eceiza, Gozona and Saizar.
The municipality organizes an annual fair in Plaza Triangulo, where artisans go out to the square and make and distribute sweets to those attending.
There is also a popular apple pie competition, with chefs as judges.
