Cheese lovers, you have an unmissable date in Tolosa.
It is a gastronomic event around dairy products, especially cheese.
A program that welcomes all types of activities; cooking courses with dairy products, XV. Euskadi Championship of Friesian cows, cheese tasting… Although the main interest of this fair is focused on the Esneki Championship, a championship of cheeses and dairy products of all kinds produced in Euskal Herria. The competition will be divided into ten categories and the jury will evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of each product: appearance, texture, flavor, smell and its general rating.
