Txumitxa is one of the main producers of the Piparra in Ibarra. In his bar in the centre of Ibarra you can buy a wide variety of products to eat –pintxos or servings, gildas, etc.– or jars of pickled chili peppers in different sizes to take away.
There are also guided tours of the piparras fields, and the visit ends in the bar itself with a delicious tasting. However, this is only available during the summer season, in other words, during the months when the piparra is grown: from July to September.
