Eceiza Bakery Tolosa


Eceiza is another of the leading patisseries with almost a century of tradition. It has two cafés/bakeries in Tolosa: one in the old quarter, in Rondilla street, and the other in San Francisco street in the centre.

In both you can enjoy delicious breakfasts or snacks, and even buy dozens of sweets. The best known are the Tiles and Cigarettes (Tejas y Cigarrillos) and the Eceiza “bombs” (bombas), filled with custard cream, whipped cream or chantilly, but you will find much more: pastries, cakes, tarts, ice creams, homemade pastries…
