This is the butcher’s shop of the well-known butcher Joxe Mari Barriola. His is the third generation of butchers, as he is still following in the footsteps of his grandparents and parents.
He sells meat from animals raised in Ibarra and the surrounding areas. He also combines tradition and innovation, creating new delicacies, such as the green txistorras created with Ibarra chili peppers.
It has a wide variety of txistorras, prepared dishes, a wide range of cheeses, a variety of hamburgers… It also offers a ham slicing service for events.
