In the cosy dining room with fireplace, they offer visitors the chance to taste the flavours of yesteryear. They work with familiar flavours and bring them to the table.




To start, for example, they place sautéed mushrooms, picked when in season in the nearby mountains, on a base of fine mashed potato. They add a low-temperature egg and a piece of grated foie gras at the last moment.

The idea is to give a twist to more classic ingredients. And following this philosophy, they make pork ribs, for example. They cook it at a low temperature and then add mustard and soy sauce.
