Mondejua, Amezketako bihotzetik sortzen den altxor gastronomikoa, gure herriaren eta mendiaren arteko lotura bereziaren isla da. Ez da soilik jaki bat, baizik eta Aralarreko artzaintzaren historia, gure baserrien memoria eta belaunaldiz belaunaldi transmititu den ondare biziaren parte. Mondejuak gure bizitzako une goxoenak ekartzen dizkigu gogora: familian elkartzen garen momentuak, lagunartean partekatutako platerak, eta udazkeneko lehen hotzekin batera, etxeak betetzen dituen usain paregabea.
