A 10,4km de Tolosa

Història i creació, la sidreria Zabala, amb una tradició d’uns 200 anys en l’activitat sidrera, es caracteritza per l’esforç dels seus propietaris en l’elaboració de la sidra amb una poma totalment autòctona. Elaboren uns 160.000 litres de sidra l’any.
El menú típic de la sidreria consisteix en una truita de bacallà, bacallà fregit amb pebrots, txuleton i postres. Acompanyat, és clar, amb la millor sidra.
A part del menú tradicional de sidreria, per encàrrec, s’ofereix bacallà en salsa, llom de bacallà a la graella, menú vegà i menú per a celíacs.
