Sidreria Sarasola Asteasu 7


La sidrería Sarasola de Asteasu, situada en la zona coneguda com Zabalgaina, va iniciar la seva marxa en 1970 de la mà de l’avi de l’actual propietari, Aniceto Sarasola. Encara que els inicis de la sidrería van ser els d’una sidrería del barri, on es reunien els veïns i degustaven la sidra, amb el temps van obrir les seves portes a l’ampli públic. El 75% de la poma amb la qual s’elabora la sidra autòctona és local, concretament dels manzanales propis i de la zona. Actualment produeixen 120.000 litres de sidra a l’any.

En la sidrería Sarasola de Asteasu ofereixen un menú de sidrería tradicional: truita de bacallà, bacallà amb pebrots, chuletón i formatge, codonys i nous.

Obre de gener a la fi de juny.

Els divendres també es pot reservar per a menjar.
